Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 business day. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is scanned.

Delivery times

Every product ships from the same suppliers on the same service, so the window is the same across the range: 6 to 11 days from despatch. Our suppliers report that around 80% of parcels arrive within 10 days.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum.

Delays

Weather, carrier backlogs and customs checks can add a few days. If your parcel has not moved for 7 days, email hello@vantorelle.com and we will chase it or replace it.

Wrong address

If the address was entered incorrectly, contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we will correct it before dispatch.
