Refund policy

30 day returns

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, for any reason. It needs to be in a resaleable condition with the packaging.

How to start a return

Email hello@vantorelle.com with your order number and we will send a return address and instructions within 1 business day.

Return shipping

If the item arrived damaged, faulty, or is not what was described, we pay the return shipping and you get a full refund including any original shipping. If you have simply changed your mind, you cover the return postage.

Damaged or missing parts

Send us a photo. We will send a replacement part or a whole replacement unit, whichever fixes it faster. You will not need to return the damaged item first.

Refund timing

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the return. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before dispatch.
